ABOUT THE KAWEAH RIVER

Enjoy Premium Whitewater Rafting Near Sequoia National Park

Nestled in the heart of the Central Valley, the Keawah River is a natural flowing river fed from the Sierra Nevadas and ending at Lake Kaweah. With King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Parks as a backdrop, the river has been a local favorite for decades.

As a natural fed river (and not dam controlled), the river levels fluctuate with rain and snowmelt. If the water level is high enough, you can be sure we’ll be on the river. We like to say, “If the water’s flowin'—we’re goin’!”
